妇女乳腺普查5000例结果分析

目的:了解遵义市红花岗区妇女乳腺疾病的发病情况。方法:采用乳腺临床触诊检查、便携式B超、乳腺彩超、乳腺X线检查和肿块活检等方法对5000例35~69岁妇女进行乳腺疾病普查。结果:乳腺增生是乳腺疾病首位原因,平均检出率为45.42%,乳腺癌平均检出率为0.04%;35~49岁是乳腺癌高发年龄段。结论:普及宣传妇女乳腺疾病防治知识,注意各年龄阶段乳腺疾病防治重点,合理认识和正确使用普查方法可提高乳腺癌检出率。

Analysis on the general investigation outcomes of mastopathies in 5 000 women

Objective:To understand the prevalence of mastopathies in Honghuagang District of Zunyi City.Methods:General investigation of mastopathies was conducted on 5 000 women aged 35～69 years old by breast palpation examination,portable B-mode ultrasound examination,color Doppler ultrasound examination,X-ray film examination and mass biopsy methods.Results:The detection rate of breast hyperplasia was 45.42%,which was the highest,the average detection rate of breast cancer was 0.08%,the women aged 35～49 years old had the highest incidence of breast cancer.Conclusion:The women's knowledge about prevention and treatment of mastopathies should be popularized and propagated.Focusing on prevention and treatment of mastopathies and reasonable census methods can raise the detection rate of breast cancer.
