| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的危险因素。方法:选取GDM42例为研究组(Ⅰ组),同期分娩的健康产妇160例为对照组(Ⅱ组),对引发GDM可能的20项危险因素,进行单因素、多因素Logistic回归分析。结果:有11项因素:糖尿病家族史、多产、肥胖、高龄产妇、高血压病史、体力活动减少等是GDM的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:孕妇年龄、孕前体重等11项因素是GDM的独立影响因素,其中有意识适当的体育锻炼为保护因素,其他均为危险因素。糖尿病家族史对GDM的发病起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the risk factors of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)Methods:42 pregnant women who were tested GDM were selected as investigation object group(group I) and 160 healthy pregnant women who were synchronization childbirth were selected as control group(group II).Single factor and multiple factor logistic regression analysis to study the effect of 20 risk factors on GDM.Results:11 of 20 factors were the single effect factor of GDM(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are 11 factors as the single effect factor of GDM,such as age and birth weight of pregnant women and so on.Physical exercise is a protection factor,others are dangerous factors.Diabetes family history has important effect on GDM. |
