已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染现状及影响因素研究

目的:了解已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染现状以及影响因素,为制定针对已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染的干预措施提供依据。方法:对江苏省泰州市永安洲镇846名已婚育龄妇女采用统一的方法进行问卷调查、临床检查和实验室检查。结果:已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染患病率为51.4%,2年内接受过妇女病普查的占33.3%,生殖道感染预防知识的了解率为30.0%。影响生殖道感染的主要因素有妇女的文化程度、职业、人工流产史、家庭收入等。结论:泰州市永安洲镇已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染患病率较高,对生殖道感染预防知识了解少,普查率低。应定期开展育龄群众生殖道感染综合防治工作,普及妇女保健知识,推广安全、长效的节育措施,提高避孕套的使用率,减少意外妊娠,降低育龄群众生殖道感染率,促进其生殖健康。

Study on status and effect factors of reproductive tract infection of married women at childbearing age

Objective:To understand the status and effect factors of reproductive tract infection of married women at childbearing age,provide a basis for interventions of reproductive tract infection.Methods:846 married women at childbearing age in Yonganzhou town received a unified questionnaire survey,clinical examination and laboratory tests.Results:The prevalence rate of reproductive tract infection was 51.4%,33.3% of the women received general investigation of female diseases during 2 years,the awareness rate of prevention knowledge of reproductive tract infection was 30.0%.The effect factors of reproductive tract infection were educational level,occupations,history of artificial abortion and household income.Conclusion:The prevalence rate of reproductive tract infection of married women at childbearing age in Yonganzhou town is high,and the awareness rate and popularity rate of prevention knowledge of reproductive tract infection is low;a comprehensive prevention and treatment of reproductive tract infection should be conducted regularly,promoting safe,long-effective birth control measures,improving utilization rate of condoms,reducing unwanted pregnancies may reduce the prevalence rate of reproductive tract infection and promote their reproductive health.
