左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统与Tcu380A临床效果比较

目的:比较放置左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统与Tcu380A的临床效果。方法:择门诊要求放置IUD的健康经产妇女267例,分别放置左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统102例(Ⅰ组)和Tcu380A166例(Ⅱ组),随访24个月,对其不良反应、避孕效果、因症取出和续用率进行观察对比。结果:使用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统妇女的带器妊娠率、疼痛发生率、月经经期、经量、因症取出率低于使用Tcu380A的妇女(P<0.05),脱落率两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组续用率分别为92.4%和87.3%,左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统高于Tcu380A,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统避孕效果好、副作用少,值得广泛推荐使用。

Comparison of clinical effects of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system and Tcu380A

Objective:To compare the clinical effects of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system(LNG-IUS) and Tcu380A.Methods:267 cases were selected and divided into LNG-IUS group(groupⅠ) and Tcu380A group(groupⅡ).Regular following-up was conducted for 24 months,the adverse reactions,contraceptive efficiency,removal rate and continuous using rate in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The rate of pregnancy with IUD,pain,menstruation,menstrual blood volume and removal rate for medical reasons in groupⅠ were lower than those in groupⅡ(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in expulsion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Continuous using rate in groupⅠ was 92.4%,which was higher than that in groupⅡ(87.3%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:LNG-IUS has some virtues which can alleviate the adverse reactions of IUD,which should be recommended in clinical experiences.
