| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨因子分析和聚类分析在妇幼保健评价指标筛选中的应用,比较两者异同。方法:主要运用因子分析对指标进行筛选,并与聚类分析结果进行比较。结果:因子分析与聚类分析结果一致。8个省级妇幼保健机构医疗保健工作效率指标可以分为门诊工作效率指标和住院工作效率指标两类,根据因子载荷或R2值的大小确定平均病床工作日、病床使用率(%)、人日均门急诊人次数、每医生年门急诊人次数作为代表指标。结论:在进行指标筛选时,因子分析可以进行因子旋转,从而使指标的确定更加明确。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the applications of factor analysis and cluster analysis in screening of evaluation indicators of maternal and child health,and compare the similarities and differences between them.Methods:The results of screening of evaluation indicators by factor analysis and cluster analysis were compared.Results:The results of factor analysis were consistent with those of cluster analysis.8 indicators of health care efficiency could be divided into outpatient and inpatient efficiency indicators.According to the sizes of factor loading or R2,the average bed working days,bed occupancy,the number of out-hospital patients per capita and the number of out-hospital patients per doctor annual were determined as important indicators.Conclusion:The factor rotation can be carried out by factor analysis,so that the important indicators will be chosen definitely. |
