| 摘 要： | 目的 研究正常人泪腺组织细胞ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ抗原表达及郎格罕细胞（Ｌａｓｎｇｅｒｈａｎ’ｓｃｅｌｌ，ＬＣ），Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群的特征。方法 采用链菌素－过氧化物酶法同０例正常人泪腺组织，结果 腺叶，腺管周围有淋巴细胞聚集灶，其中ＣＤ４占多数，间质中淋巴细胞以ＣＤ８为主，同时见少数腺上皮细胞表达ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ抗原，相应部位Ｔ淋细胞浸润严重，间质散在极少量ＬＣ。结论 免疫反应中泪腺聚集灶中的淋巴细胞更重要，正常

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTostudythe expressionofclass histocopatibilityantigensandthefeaturesofLangerhanscell(LC),Tlymphocytesubsetsinnormalhumanlacrimalgland.MethodsLacrimalglands(10specimens)wereexaminedusingimmunoperoxidasestaining.ResultsLymphocyteswereidentifiedattheperipheryofthelobulesandaroundducts,themajorityofwhichwereThelp(CD 4)cells.CD 4,CD 8ratiowas1.9.However,Tsuppressor(CD 8)weredominantintheinterstitialtissue,CD 4/CD 8ratiowas0.52,HLA-DRantigenswerefoundinafewlymphocytesandlacrimaltissuecells.DispersedLCswererarelynoted.ConclusionsThelymphocytesinthelymphoidaggregatesaremorethanthatintheinterstitialtissueforimmuneresponse.Classantigenexpessionisprobablyinhibitedbythenormallacrimalglanditself.ThedegreeofepithelialcellHLA-DRantigenexpressioniscloselycorrlatedwiththeextentofTlymphocyticinfiltration. |
