视网膜脱离复位后视功能研究

Evaluation of visual function after retinal reattachment

ObjectiveTo study the recovery of final visual function after retinal detachment (RD) surgery and its influential factors.Methods233 cases (238 eyes) of retinal reattachment were analyzed.Results36.7% of eyes before surgery and 81.4% of eyes after surgery achieved acuity 0.1 or better( P <0.01).Eyes with macular sparing and involvement shorter than one week achieved acuity better than 0.3.If macular involvement was longer than one week,only 27.1% eyes had the same visual acuity.There was close relationship between visual acuity before and after surgery( r =0.517, P <0.01).ConclusionsVisual function partially recovers after surgery.Involvement of the macular region in the detachment,duration of the macular involvement and visual acuity before surgery exerted the greatest effection on the recovery of visual acuity after surgery.The duration of macular involvement shorter than one week resulted in the best visual recovery.
