保留晶状体前囊的晶状体玻璃体视网膜联合手术

目的 回顾性比较保留晶状体前囊与否对晶状体玻璃体视网膜联合手术的疗效及术后并发症的影响。方法 将过去两年中的晶状体玻璃体视网膜联合硅油填充手术１０２例分为保留主体前囊组和未保留晶状体前囊组，比较二者的疗效及术后并发症的情况。结果 术后随访１－２个月，保留昌状体前囊组：视网膜完全复位者３２只眼，高眼压者３只眼，晶状体前囊透明者３５只眼；

Lenticular vitreoretinal surgery preserving lens anterior capsule

Objective To compare retrospectively the influences of preserving and non preserving lens anterior capsule on the effect and postoperative complications of lenticular vitreoretinal surgery(VR). Methods 102 cases(105 eyes),which were operated lenticular vitreoretinal and silicone oil tamponade surgery in the past 2 a,were divided into two groups:the group of preserving lens capsule(39 eyes)and the group of non preserving lens capsule(66 eyes).The effects and postoperative complications of two groups were campared.The follow up period was 1 to 2 months. Results In the preserving group,complete retinal reattachment was 32 eyes(82%);hypertension was in 3 eyes(7.7%);there was no silicone oil in the anterior chambers or keratopathy in 39 cases.In the non preserving group,complete retinal reattachment was 52 eyes(79%);26 eyes(39%)had silicone oil in the anterior chambers;intraocular pressure was increased in 15 eyes(23%);keratopathy was in 2 eyes(3%). Conclusion Lenticular vitreoretinal and silicone oil tamponade surgery has decreased postoperative complications.It is an effective method for treating complicated retinal detachment combined with cataract.
