| 摘 要： | 目的 回顾总结甘油冷冻保存角膜用于穿透角膜移植（ＰＫＰ）的临床效果。方法 ９个新鲜供眼球分为３种方法进行了甘油冷冻保存６－３４９天后,对９例重症角膜患者进行了穿透性角膜移植术,随访６－２３个月并记录临床效果。结果 全部手术获得成功,７７．８％（７／９）的角膜植片获得透明愈合,内皮细胞密度达１４００个／ｍｍ＾２。植片混浊的２例患者也得以保存眼球,其中１例更换植片后获得良好视力,结论 甘油冷冻保存角膜

| Abstract: | ObjectiveToreviewtheclinicalresultsofpenetratingkeratoplasty(PKP)usingcryopreservedcorneaswithglycerin. Methods9freshdonoreyeballswerecryopreservedwithglycerinin3differentprocedures.NinepatientswithseriouscornealdiseasesweretreatedbyPKPandwerefollowed-upfor623months.ResultsAllof9operationswereperformedsuccessfully.77.8%(7/9)graftswereclearduringfollow-up,theaverageedothelialcelldensityis1400/mm2.Twograftsof2patientswereopacitybecauseofprimaryfailure,buttheeyeballsweresaved.Oneofthemgotasatisfactoryvisualacuityafterregraftingwithfreshdonorcornea.ConclusionItmaybeanidealmethodforcornealvitalpreservationtocryopreservethedonorcorneawithglycerin. |
