军队“大病”患者住院费用及用药情况统计分析

“大病”患者是住院病人的重要组成部分。这部分人数虽少，但医疗消耗比重极大。分析“大病”患者医疗消耗结构，有助于寻找造成其高消费的原因。基于现有资料，对军队“大病”患者住院费用及用药情况进行了统计分析，结果显示，未按有关规定用药，是造成军队“大病”患者高消费的重要原因之一。

Statistical Analysis of Expenditure and Drug Application in Hospitalized Army patients with "High-Expenditure Diease

Patients suffered "High-expenditure diseasell is an important part of patients.Though small in mumbers, they account for an extremely large portion of the medical expenditure. Analysis of the composition of medical exxpenditure would help us find out causes leading to the high expenditure. Based on current data, the present paper focuses on the statistical analysis of the expenditure and drug usage by inpatients suffered " high-expenditure disease" from the army. The result showed that unregulated drug adminnistration is one of the important factors causing the high expenditure level of the army's inpatients suffered "high-expenditure disease".
