| 摘 要： | 通过对下城区891个成年人的健康状况、医疗服务需要和该地区的医疗服务利用情况的抽样调查，发现医疗服务需要和利用受到文化程度、医疗制度、年龄等因素的影响，在此基础上探讨城市医疗服务的重点问题。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the health status, health service demand and utilization conditions by a monographic sampling survey of urban treatment services in 891 adult residents of Xiacheng District in Hangzhou city. The outcomes show that various health service demand and utilization are affected by such variables as educational level, health care sys tem, age and so on. All of thcse arouse us to deliberate the priorties of health services in urban areas. |
