| 摘 要： | 对河北省承德市丰宁县的社会经济和卫生资源状况作了简要探讨，并对疾病与贫困的相互关系作了初步分析。资料表明，１９９６年该县贫特困人口占总人口的２１％，卫生事业经费占ＧＮＰ的０．１３％，人均卫生经费４．１８元，表明贫困农村的卫生资源匮乏，地方病防治形势严峻

| Abstract: | A study on social economy and disease situation was conducted in FengningCounty, Chende City, Hebei Province. The results shown in 1996 the people whose incomebelow standard consists of 21% of total population of the county, the funds for health was0.13% og GNP and per capita health funds was 4.18 RMB. These results reveal that we arefacing a serious challenge for endemic disease control with a very poor health resources. |
