| 摘 要： | 目的：研究线粒体肌酸激酶（ＣＫ－ｍｉｔ）在肺癌中的表达及意义。方法：应用抗人心肌线粒体肌酸激酶单元克隆抗体和免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ法对５０例肺癌组织进行ＣＫ－ｍｉｔ检测。结果：肺癌阳性率为５８％，阳性与阴性表达相差显著，其中腺癌阳性率８７．５％，鳞癌４７．６％，未分化癌３０％，腺鳞咒００％

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the expression of mitochondrial creatine kinase (CK-mit) in lung cancers. Methode: Immunohistochemical staining was used to determine the expression of CK-mit in 50 lung cancers. Results: The positive rates were 87.5% (14/16) for adenocarcinoma, 47.6% (10/21) for squamous cell carcinoma and 30% (3/10) for undifferentiated carcinoma. Conclusion:Immunohistochemistry of CK-mit may be helpful in early diagnosis of lung cancer. |
