| 摘 要： | 目的探讨沙利度胺联合VTD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的临床效果及不良反应。方法观察采用沙利度胺(T)、长春新碱(V)、吡喃阿霉素(T)和地塞米松(D)方案联合治疗25例初治性和13例复发难治性MM的效果和不良反应。结果初治MM 25例中15例完全缓解(CR),5例部分缓解(PR),5例进步(I)。复发难治MM 13例中6例CR,4例PR,3例无效。不良反应有乏力、嗜睡、腹胀、便秘及感染等,但均可耐受。结论T-VTD是治疗初治和复发难治MM效果好而又安全的方案。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect and side effect of Thalidomide plus vincristine sulphate(V),tetrahydropyrany(T),dexamethasone(D) (T-VTD) regimen in treatment of multiple myeloma(MM).Methods 25 newly diagnosed and 13 relapsed or refractory cases were treated with T-VTD.Clinical and adverse reactions were analyzed.Results For the newly diagnosed 25 cases,15 obtained complete remission(CR),5 partial remission(PR) and 5 improvement(I).For 13 relapsed or refractory cases,6 gained CR,4 PR and 3 no response.The main side effects were fatigue,lethargy,flatulence,constipation and infection,while the side effects were tolerable.Conclusion T-VTD is a highly effective and safe regimen in the treatment of de novo and relapsed or refractory MM. |
