摘    要:目的了解女性生殖道病原体感染状况及季节性分布特征。方法收集2011年1—12月唐山市妇幼保健院妇科门诊32069名患者的就医资料,统计并比较生殖道病原体感染患者的季节分布及感染状况。结果共14071例生殖道感染患者,感染阳性率为43.88%;感染病原体以假丝酵母菌感染所占比例最高为44.06%,其次是单纯细菌感染占40.77%,滴虫感染占6.95%,支原体感染占6.79%,线索细胞所占比例最少为1.43%。夏、秋季感染患者阳性率为46.51%、47.78%,明显高于其他2个季节,差异有统计学意义(t169.6,P〈O.05)。结论生殖道病原体感染以夏秋两季为主,临床以霉菌性阴道炎为多,应加强生殖道感染的临床观察。

Abstract:Objective To understand the characteristics of the female reproductive tract infection and seasonal distribution of pathogens. Methods Samples were collected from January to December 2011 in gynecology clinic, Maternal and Child Health Hospital,Tangshan.32 069 patients were investigated for reproductive tract pathogens.Their medical information and the seasonal infection and distribution of the reproductive tract pathogens were analyzed. Results 14 071 cases of reproductive tract infection test results: the pathogen candida infection accounted for 44.06% ,more than others, trichomonas infection alone accounted for 6.95%, mycoplasma infection alone accounted for 6.79% ,and the clue cells accounted for a certain proportion of 1.43%. The Summer (46.51%) and Autumn (47.78%) infection rates were significantly higher than in other seasons, with significance differences (t=169.6,P〈O.05). Conclusions Summer and Autumn were the major seasons to have a higher prevalence of reproductive tract infections. Fungal vaginitis was the major pathogen. The clinical observation of reproductive tract infections should be strengthened.
