宜昌市新农合肺结核病患者医疗费用现况分析

目的分析宜昌市2010—2011年新型农村合作医疗（以下简称新农合）中肺结核病患者医疗费用情况，探讨合理应用新农合经费。促进结核病防治工作。方法收集宜昌市新型农村合作医疗肺结核病患者医疗费用报销相关文件、宜昌市2010—2011年参合肺结核病患者门诊和住院费用结算资料，经EXCEL统计分析。结果2010—2011年两年期间，宜昌市新农合共补偿了5045例肺结核患者，两年医疗总花费为14778314元，新农合总支出6608937元，患者自付8169377元，报销比例为44．72％，人均医疗费用2929．30元。2011年享受新农合报销政策的肺结核患者数增加了231例，住院人次增加了145例，住院比例增加了0．38％。新农合支出费用增加了1382317元，患者平均费用增加了653元，报销比例略有增加，增幅为4．79％。结论新农合是肺结核病患者的一项重要保障措施，成为当前结核病防治工作的重要推动力量。但尚需加强管理，制订更为科学合理的补偿办法。以充分发挥新农合在补偿结核病方面的作用。

Analysis on status of medical cost for tuberculosis patient in Reimburse insurance of NRCMCS in Yichang city

Objective To analyze the medical cost status for tuberculosis patient in new rural cooperative medical care between 2010-2011 in Yichang city, study the rational use of medical cost and promote tuberculosis prevention. Method The relevant medical payment documents for tuberculosis patient under new rural cooperative medical care in Yichang city were collected and analyzed. Results Our city paid for 5 045 cases of tuberculosis patient, with a total medical cost of 14 778 314 yuan. The new rural cooperative medical care system paid 6 608 937 yuan, and the patients paid 8 169 377 yuan, in which the payment of new rural cooperative medical care system was 44.72%, and the average patient medical cost was 2 929.30 yuan between 2010-2011. The tuberculosis patients who enjoyed the new rural cooperative medical care system increased 231 cases. The patients who were in hospital increased 145 cases, with an increase rate of 0.38% in 2011. The new rural cooperative medical care system payment increased 1 382 317 yuan, with an increase of 4.79%; the average patient cost increased 653 yuan. Conclusions The new rural cooperative medical care system is an important measure to protect tuberculosis patients. But still need to strengthen the management, the development of more scientific and reasonable compensation to, in order to give full play to the role of new rural cooperative in terms of compensation tuberculosis.
