血白细胞、CRP及血糖在病毒性脑炎患儿中的监测意义

目的探讨白细胞总数、粒细胞计数、C反应蛋白（CRP）、血糖变化在小儿病毒性脑炎（VE）病情发展中的意义。方法以47例VE患儿为观察组，21例化脓性脑膜炎（PM）为对照组，两组均进行白细胞计数、粒细胞计数、CRP、血糖动态监测，并对治疗前后结果进行比较。结果观察组和对照组患儿急性期均存在白细胞、粒细胞、CRP、血糖升高，观察组经治疗后白细胞、粒细胞、CRP、血糖下降，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而对照组下降无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论动态监测白细胞、粒细胞、CRP、血糖对指导临床诊断及判断预后十分重要。

The significance of monitoring white blood cell, CRP and blood glucose in children with viral encephalitis

Objective To investigate the white blood cell, C-reactive protein （RP） and blood glucose changes in children with viral encephalitis （VE） and their relations to the progress of the disease. Methods 47 patients with VE were referred to observe group, and 21 patients with purulent meningitis （PM） were referred to controlled group. The total white blood cells, granulocyte count, CRP and blood glucose were monitored dynamically before and after treatment. Results In both observe group and control group, the total white blood cells, granulocyte count, CRP and blood glucose were elevated in the early or acute stage of VE and PM. In the observed group, these levels were decreased significantly after treatment （P〈0.05）. However, in the control group, the decreases of those levels were not statistically significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It was important to monitoring white blood cell,granulocyte, CRP and blood glucose levels in diagnosis and judging prognosis of VE.
