肇庆市居民高血压流行及知晓情况调查

目的掌握肇庆市15岁以上居民高血压的流行及知晓情况，为开展高血压病人管理以及制定相关预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法，抽取1212名15岁以上的常住居民开展调查。调查内容包括调查问卷、体格检查以及实验室检查。结果调查共发现高血压患者235人，患病率为19．39％，标化患病率为16．21％：高血压与年龄的增长、肥胖和超重、高血脂症、吸烟和饮酒等因素有关（P〈0．01）；高血压危险因素和预防知识知晓率偏低。结论通过多种方式和途径，进一步加强高血压防治知识的宣传及干预，倡导健康生活方式。

Investigation of hypertension prevalence and awareness in residents of Zhaoqing city

Objective To know well about hypertension prevalence and awareness of residents 15 years of age and above in Zhaoqing,and provide scientific evidence for the management of hypertension patients and formulating relevant prevention and control measures. Methods With multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling, 1 212 residents of 15 years of age and above were selected.. The investigation content includes questionnaire,physical examination and laboratory examination. Results 235 hypertension patients were found, with the prevalence rate of 19.39% ,and the standardized prevalence rate of 16.21%. Hypertension was associated with the growth of age,overweight and obesity, hyperlipidemia,smoking and drinking and other factors （P〈0.01）.The awareness rate of hypertension risk factors and prevention knowledge was low. Conclusion It is suggested to further strengthen the publicity and intervention of hypertension prevention and treatment knowledge through a variety of ways and means, and advocates a healthy lifestyle.
