糖尿病及并发症住院费用分析

目的分析近四年糖尿病患者住院费用的变化，为有效利用卫生资源，经济合理地进行糖尿病防治提供科学依据。方法采用2002年1月至2005年12月我院内分泌科住院患者病历，入选糖尿病住院患者按年度以及并发症分组进行住院总费用、药费、住院日及药品费用比例等进行统计分析。结果2002—2005年期间728例住院糖尿病患者次均住院费用分别为4422．36元、4701．5元、4965．58和4945．46元；随并发症的增多，医疗费用增加。结论糖尿病是慢性病，随着并发症的增多，医疗费用亦在增加。

Analysis on the in-patient cost complication patients with diabetes.

Objective We investigated the in- patient costs change in diabeti patients in recent 4 years in order to provide scientific proofs and to make better use of health sources for better preventions .and treatments of diabetes. Methods All the in - patient patients came from our department during 2002--2005, then they were grouped according to their complications. They were analysed for their hospital costs. Results 728 cases, with diabetes during 2002- 2005, were used for the analysis. Their average hospital costs were respectively 4422.36 yuan,4701.05 yuan,4965.58 yuan, and 4945.46 yuan from2002 to 2005. Most of the cases had one or more complications. The more their complications are, the more medical costs they need. Conclusions Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease. The more their complications are, the more medical costs they need.
