经尿道双极等离子前列腺剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生40例临床分析

目的:探讨经尿道双极等离子前列腺剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)的手术方法及疗效。方法:采用双极等离子内镜系统对40例BPH患者行经尿道双极等离子前列腺剜除术,观察手术效果。结果:手术时间55~155 min,平均95 min;术中失血量约80~600 ml,平均180 ml;切除腺体重量平均67.2 g;无出血和经尿道前列腺电切综合征发生;随访6~18个月,无真性尿失禁,最大尿流率及国际前列腺症状评分提高。结论:经尿道双极等离子前列腺剜除术具有腺体切除彻底,术中出血少,手术时间缩短,疗效确切,并发症少,安全性高、恢复快等优点,尤其适合于大体积前列腺。

Transurethral bipolar intraluminal enucleation for benign prostatic hyperplasia:report of 40 cases
