旱黑口服液对衰老小鼠肾脏损伤保护作用的形态计量学研究

摘    要:目的观察旱黑口服液对D-半乳糖致衰小白鼠肾脏损伤的保护作用。方法36只昆明种健康雄性小白鼠随机分成正常对照组、衰老模型组、观察组各12只。正常对照组、衰老模型组各鼠每天灌胃生理盐水0.2 ml/10 g体重;衰老模型组、观察组各鼠每天颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖1 mg.g-1体重;观察组各鼠同时每天灌胃旱黑口服液汁0.2 ml/10 g体重;连续给药42 d,取肾脏制备光镜和透射电镜样品观察并进行形态计量学分析。结果衰老模型组肾小球硬化率明显高于观察组(P<0.05);衰老模型组肾小体基底膜增厚,裂隙孔和内皮细胞窗孔增大,分别与旱黑口服液组和正常对照组差异显著(P<0.01)。结论旱黑口服液对D-半乳糖致衰小白鼠肾脏损伤具有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe protection of Hanhei oral liquid on renal damage induce by D-galactose.Methods Thirty-six male mus musculus albus were randomly divided into control group(n=12),aging group(n=12),and observation group(n=12).The control group and aging group were performed with intragastric administration of saline(0.2ml/10g body weight) daily.The aging group and observation group were performed subcutaneous injection with D-galactose(1mg·g~(-1) body weight) in nape daily.Meantime,Hanhei oral liquid of 0.2ml/10g body weight were performed intragastric administration in mice of observation group daily for 42 days.Renal specimens were prepared for observation under light microscope and transmission electron microscope and morphometry was analyzed.Results Rate of glomerular sclerosis in aging group was obviously higher than that in observation group(P<0.05).Basal membrane of renal corpuscle,aperture and endotheliocyte window were increased in aging group,which was significant difference compared to Hanhei oral liquid group and control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Hanhei oral liquid plays an important protection on renal damage induced by D-galactose in mice.
