| 摘 要： | 目的:研究磺胺嘧啶铜对动物实验性口腔黏膜溃疡的治疗作用。方法:通过烧灼法制备口腔黏膜浅表性溃疡模型、大鼠角叉菜胶足趾肿胀实验、体外抑菌试验、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性试验考察磺胺嘧啶铜治疗效果。结果:本品对动物实验性口腔黏膜溃疡有显著的治疗作用和促进愈合作用;对多种细菌有较强的抑制作用;能明显抑制致炎剂引起的炎症和降低毛细血管通透性。各项指标与对照组相比存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:磺胺嘧啶铜对实验性口腔黏膜溃疡有显著的治疗作用和促进愈合作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the effect of sulfadiazine copper (SD-Cu) on the animal model of ulcerous stomatitis. METHODS The treatment effect of SD-Cu was observed in the animal model of ulcerous stomatitis, the foot edema induced by carrageenin in rats, the anti-bacterialin vitro, and the celiac capillary permeability in mice. RESULTS SD-Cu had significant treatment effect and promoted wound healing in the animal model of ulcerous stomatitis, it also had stronger bacteriostasis to lots of bacterials, it could restrain obviously inflammation caused by flaming agent and decrease capillary permeability. All indication had significant difference between the drug and the control(P<0.05). CONCLUSION SD-Cu had significant treatment effect and could promote wound healing in the animal model of ulcerous stomatitis. |
