| 摘 要： | 贯彻ISO9000标准已成为我国绝大部份企业的共识，但是ISO9000标准毕竟是一个共性的标准。如何结合本企业的产品特点，在贯标之中，特别是质量策划中运用先进的质量技术，以切实提高质量管理的实效，显得非常重要。作者结合自己长期从事企业质量管理工作的经验。提出了自己的一些观点和体会。

| Abstract: | Carrying out ISO 9000 has now become a common view of the great majority of our enterprises concerned. But ISO 9000 is a mere common standard after all. So it's very important for us to apply the advanced techniques to the enterprises' products in order to heighten the actual effect of quality management. The writer has put forward some of his own viewpoints based on his long period of experience on the quality management in the enterprises. |
