| 摘 要： | 为满足社区居民保健与医疗服务快捷方便的需要，复兴医院在社区共享网络平台实现双向转诊业务的基础上，搭建了社区与居民家庭信息互动的网络平台，将健康教育、健康指导、社区医疗服务进家庭创造了条件，实现了以家庭为中心的居民、社区卫生服务机构、全科医生“三位一体”交流互动的网络环境。

| Abstract: | In order to satisfy the demand of health care for residents in community and rapid and convenient medical service, Fu Xing Hospital builds up the network platform of information interaction for community and households, after the shared network platform of community has realized the business of two-way transfer of patients, which provides conditions for health education, health instruction, and community medical service entering into households, achieves the health service institution for residents and community taking household as the core, and the interactive network environment of doctors applying ＂three in one＂ model. |
