民族院校大学毕业生的人际信任与心理健康相关研究

目的探讨民族院校大学毕业生人际信任与心理健康的状况及两者的关系。方法采用人际信任量表、心理卫生自评量表（SCL-90）对225名民族院校大学毕业生进行了调查。结果民族院校大学生ITS总分平均为（79．04±8．87）分，高于其理论平均值（75分）（p〈0．01）。民族院校大学毕业生的SCL-90人际敏感、焦虑、恐怖因子得分高于普通大学生常模（p〈0．05）。民族院校大学毕业生的人际信任测量值与SCL-90各因子分及总分均呈负相关（p〈0．01）。有心理问题的大学毕业生的人际信任各因子及总分明显低于无心理问题者（p〈0．01）。结论人际信任是影响民族大学毕业生心理健康的重要因素，提高人际信任、改善人际关系有助于大学毕业生心理健康水平的提高。

Analysis of Interpersonal Trust and Psycholoical Health in Graduate From Minority Nationality College

Objective To discuss the relationship of interpersonal trust and psychological health in graduate from minority nationality college. Method 225 graduates from minority nationality college were assessed with interpersonal trust scales and SCL-90. Results The total score of interpersonal trust scales in graduate from minority nationality college was（79.04±8.87）（p〈0.01）, which was significantly higher than that averge value（75）. Graduate interpersonal trust had significantly positive relation with psychological health. The scores of interpersonal trust had significantly positive correlation with total score and sub-scores of in graduate from minority nationality college（p〈0.01）. The score of interpersonal trust scales in graduate from minority nationality college with psychological problems was significantly lower than that in graduate without psychological problems（p〈0. 01）. Conclusion Interpersonal trust is the important factor influencing psychological health in graduate, thus raising interpersonal trust may improve interpersonal relationship and interpersonal level.
