蚓激酶的分离纯化和对大鼠脑血栓模型的药效观察

摘    要:以威廉环毛蚓为原料,用循环工艺纯化。纯品蚓激酶经股静脉注射实验性局灶脑梗塞大鼠,并与尿激酶比较,观察其对脑梗塞模型大鼠的药效。从脑片染色结果及给药后不同时间点大鼠血液中纤溶酶原激活剂和其抑制剂的含量变化显示用该工艺纯化的蚓激酶有较好的溶栓作用。

Abstract:The earthworm fibrinolytic enzyme is purified throug h an economical process with high activity recovery, during which purified enzyme is accumulated on its specific activity. The purified enzyme is injected into is chemia rats and the blood samples are collected in different time.The cerebral s lices are also compared. The EFE purified through the process mentioned above has high specific activity and good effect in treating cerebral ischemia. Concerntration of t-PA and PAI, in respec t of the rats in EFE groups increased and decreased more obviously in comparation with th ose in urokinase and model groups. EFE has a better effect than urokinase to cure ce rebral ischemia when the died cerebral slices are observed.
