冬虫夏草对小鼠造血干细胞的影响

摘    要:本文采用造血干细胞(CFU-S)脾结节形成方法观察冬虫夏草醇提结晶制剂(CS-Cr)对LACA小鼠骨髓CFU-S的影响。结果表明,CS-Cr腹腔注射给药后可使小鼠CFU-S产率和自杀率均明显增高,提示 CS-Cr经体内作用可以促进小鼠CFU-S增殖,更多的CFU-S由G_0期进入S期。

Abstract:By using the method of spleen colony formation of murine haematopoietic stem cells( CFU-S), the effect of crystalized preparation of ethanol extract of Cordyceps sinensis( CS-Cr) on bone marrow CFU-S of LACA mice was studied. The results showed that the in vivo intraperitoneal administration of donor mice with CS-Cr remarkably enhanced the production and also suicide rate of CFU-S.This suggests that CS-Cr is able to promote the proliferation of murine CFU-S. by pushing more CFU-S from Go state into S phase.
