| 摘 要： | 目的：寻求治疗男性前尿道尖锐尤锐湿疣的最佳手术方法。方法：对９０例男性前尿道尖锐湿疣采用钳上烧伤疗法去除疣体，结果：６５例１次性治愈，治愈率达７２．２％。且出血少，结论：钳上烧灼疗法是目前治疗男性前尿道内尖锐湿疣较好的方法，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate an optimal procedure for surgical treatment of condyloma acuminatum of male anterior urethra.Method:By cautery on hemostatic forceps, condyloma acuminata of anterior urethra were removed in 90 male patients.Result:Sixty five male patients were cured after first treatment with slight bleeding, giving a cure rate of 72.2%.Conclusion:Cautery on hemostatic forceps proves of effective in treating condyloma acuminatum of male anterior urethra and it is worthy of application and dissemination.
