多层螺旋CT尿路成像在成人重复肾输尿管畸形中的诊断价值

目的探讨多层螺旋CT尿路成像（spiral CT urography,CTU）对成人重复肾输尿管畸形及其并发症及合并症的诊断价值。方法 15例成人重复肾输尿管畸形患者,均行多层螺旋CT泌尿系检查,获取原始图像数据后,在工作站使用软件对图像进行后处理。结果 CTU明确诊断15例重复肾输尿管畸形;其中单侧13例,双侧2例。并发输尿管结石2例,急性肾盂肾炎伴肾旁感染1例;合并肾癌、肾盂及输尿管癌各1例,输尿管下段囊肿2例,输尿管异位开口3例,肾融合1例,单纯性肾囊肿5例。结论 CTU能为诊断成人重复肾输尿管畸形及其并发症、合并症提供确切依据。

Diagnostic Value of Multi-slice Spiral CT Urography in Adult Duplication of Renal Pelvis and Ureter

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT urography（CTU） in adult duplication of renal pelvis and ureter, its complications and comorbidities. Methods 15 cases who proved duplication of renal pelvis and ureter were underwent CTU. The primary data was transfored to the workstation, and images was post-processed by software. Resultsesults All the 15 cases were diagnosed duplication of renal pelvis and ureter definitely. Among them 13 cases were unilateral, and 2 cases were bilateral. 2 cases were associated with ureteral calculi, and 1 case was associated with acute pyelonephritis and renal infection. 1 case was complicated with renal cell carcinoma of renal pelvic and ureteral carcinoma, and 2 cases with lower ureteral cyst, 3 cases with ectopic ureter, 1 case with renal fusion and 5 cases with simple renal cyst. Conclusiononclusion CTU is an ideal method to the diagnosis of adult duplication of renal pelvis and ureter.
