新疆某县2009-2013年城镇医保病人住院费用趋势分析

目的 分析沙湾县人民医院医保患者住院费用的增长情况.方法 用Excel表建立数据库,通过对新疆沙湾县人民医院2009-2013年城镇医保病人住院费用进行统计,计算年总费用,各项费用及占比,计算次均费用及其增长率.分析住院费用各类别的变化趋势.结果 沙湾县人民医院2009-2013年住院人均费用逐年增长,个人自付比例逐年减少,药费占比增大,次均药费和化验费增长明显.结论 分析医保费用增长原因,提出合理控制医保费用的对策和重点,为医保管理提供科学依据.

Analysis on the Hospitalization Expenditures Trend of Insured Urban Patients in a County of Xinjiang from 2009 to 2013

OBJECTIVE This study aims to analyze the growth of medical insurance patients＇ hospitalization expenses. METHODS Ex- cel were used as statistical analysis software. Through counting up hospitalization expenses of patients with medical insurance in Shawan People＇s Hospital of Xinjiang Province from 2009 to 2013, the study analyzed the hospitalization expenses of each year or different category. The average expense and the growth were analyzed too. RESULTS The average expense to growed by year, with the reducing of the individual payment. The drugs proportion became higher and higher Pharmacy expenditure of each time as well as Laboratory fees Increased significantly. CONCLUSION This study analyzed the influential factors of medical insurance patients＇ hospitalization expenses and found out the way to reduce medical expense, which supplied some references for controlling irrational increase of medical expense.
