| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT鉴别恶性胸膜间皮瘤与结核性脓胸的应用价值。方法选取23例恶性胸膜间皮瘤患者及34例结核性脓胸患者的CT影像学检查资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均经病理检查或手术确诊。结果恶性胸膜间皮瘤患者与结核性脓胸患者CT表现胸膜增厚类型、胸廓体积缩小情况差异显著（P〈0.05）;胸腔积液、纵膈淋巴结、肺内、胸壁受累情况无显著差异（P〉0.05）。结论胸膜增厚情况、患侧胸廓体积缩小可作为恶性胸膜间皮瘤与结核性脓胸鉴别的重要参考指标之一。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of CT in diagnosis of malignant pleural mesothelioma and tuberculous empyema. Methods the CT imaging data of 23 cases of malignant pleural mesothelioma patients and 34 cases of tuberculous patients were selected and retrospectively analyzed, which were all diagnosed by surgical or pathological test. Results there were significant difference on the incidence of regular thickening, nodular pleural thickening, mass pleural thickening, rind-like pleural thickening, interlobular pleural thickening, mediastinal pleural involvement and the volume of affected side thoracic decrease between two groups（P〈0.05）; pleural effusion, mediastinal lymph nodes, lungs, chest wall involvement had no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Conclusion Morphology characteristics of pleural thickening and the volume of affected side thoracic decrease may help differentiate malignant pleural mesothelioma and tuberculous empyema. |
