基于DRGs的徐州市医保冠心病患者住院费用分析

目的 分析徐州市医保冠心病非手术治疗患者住院费用的构成情况及基本特征,确定适合徐州市医保住院患者的疾病诊断相关组合（DGRs）.方法 以徐州市某三级甲等医院2012-2013年12月出院的719例冠心病非手术治疗医保患者为样本,运用决策树卡方自动交互检验法（CHAID）进行分组.结果 医保冠心病非手术治疗患者分成7个相关诊断组.结论 运用决策树技术对制定医保冠心病非手术治疗患者标准住院费用具有参考价值.

DRGs-based Expense Analysis of Inpatients with Medical Insurance Patients with Coronary Heart Disease in Xuzhou

OBJECTIVE To analyze hospitalization expenses of no operation treatment of medical insurance patients with coronary heart disease and to determine a suitable Diagnosis Related Groups for medical insurance patients in XuZhou. METHODS The data collected from a Tier 4 first-class hospital of medical insurance inpatients of no operation treatment with coronary heart disease in Xuzhou from January 1 2012 to December 31, 719 medical insurant inpatients were enrolled in this study and the data were divided into groups by Chi-squared Automatic Interaction Detector methods. RESULTS Non operation treatment of medical insurance patients with coronary heart disease were divided into 7 diagnosis related groups. CONCLUSION Using decision tree technology to develop standards in non operation treatment of medical insurance patients with coronary heart disease and hospitalization expenses had reference value.
