摘 要: | 目的 探讨原发性高胆固醇血症患者高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和红细胞分布宽度(RDW)的关系及瑞舒伐他汀对其的影响.方法 分别采用免疫比浊法和全自动血细胞分析仪测定136例高脂血症患者的血清hs-CRP和RDW,并与80例正常人进行对照.原发性高胆固醇血症患者口服瑞舒伐他汀10 mg,1次/日.在治疗1个月、3个月和6个月后复查血脂、hs-CRP和RDW.结果 原发性高胆固醇血症患者血清hs-CRP含量显著高于正常对照组,RDW也明显高于正常对照组.瑞舒伐他汀治疗1个月后,血清hs-CRP浓度显著降低,治疗3个月后RDW也显著降低.结论 原发性高胆固醇血症患者血清hs-CRP浓度和RDW均升高,采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗显著降低了hs-CRP,同时也显著降低了RDW.

The Effect of Rosuvastatin on Serum High Sensitive C-reactive Protein and Red Blood Cell Distribution Width in Patients with Hypercholesterolemia |

Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between serum high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and red blood cell distribution width(RDW) in patients with hypercholesterolemia and the effect of rosuvastatin on hs-CRP and RDW. METHOD hs-CRP and RDW were measured in 136 patients with hypercholesterolemia and in 80 healthy subjects by chemical method and automatic blood cell analyzer respectively in 1.3 and 6 months after oral treatment with 10mg rosuvastatin, once per day, the lipid level, hs-CRP and RDW were remeasured. RESULT The hs-RCP level in patients with hypercholesterolemia was significantly higher than that of normal control and RDW was also significantly higher than that of normal control. The hs-CRP concentration was significantly decreased after 1 month of treatment and the RDW was also significantly decreased after 3 months of treatment with rosuvastatin. CONCLUTION Both hs-CRP and RDW were higher in patients with hypercholesterolemia than that in healthy subjects, rosuvastatin significantly decreased hs-CRP and also reduced RDW. |
