肺结核合并糖尿病52例临床疗效及相关性分析

目的 研究分析结核病合并糖尿病时的临床疗效特点及二者的相互关系.方法 回顾性分析2008-2013年我院收治的52例肺结核合并糖尿病患者的有关临床资料及特点.结果 肺结核合并糖尿病以Ⅱ型糖尿病为主,痰菌涂片阳性率高、空洞形成多、治疗后痰菌转阴速度慢、病灶吸收慢、空洞闭合少及抗痨疗程时间长.结论 对肺结核合并糖尿病患者在进行正规抗结核治疗的同时,应适当延长疗程,积极控制血糖是肺结核合并糖尿病患者治疗的关键.

Clinical Efficacy and the Relationship Analysis of 52 Cases of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Combined with Diabetes

OBJECTIVE TO analyze clinical efficacy and the relationship of pulmonary tuberculosis combined with diabetes.METHODS The clinical date from 2008＇to 2013 of 52 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis combined with diabetes mellitus,admitted to our hospital, were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS Pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes to type 2 diabetes,Acid-fast bacilli sputum smear-positive rate is higher,the .tuberculosis cavity formation rate is more, the sputum conversion rate is slower after the treatment, the lung infection absorbs slower, empty closed fewer, the anti-tuberculosis treatment course is longer. CONCLUSION Of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes mellittis should be an early formal anti-tuberculosis treatment, and appropriate to extend the course of treatment ,and blood sugar control is the key to cute the pulmonary tuberculosis combined with diabetes.
