| 摘 要： | 小鼠Sc吗啡0.3mg/kg×12d和0.6mg/kg×12d,于给药后6d耳廓皮下移植生后24h小鼠心脏。移植6d后,每隔日检测ECG存在时间,结果,Mhy_1组和Mhy组与BCG组无显著差异,而与NS组比,P<0.05或0.01。提示,吗啡对小鼠耳廓半心移植排斥反应有促进作用。

| Abstract: | Two groups of mice which 24h old all were hypodermic implantated half a heart in the auricles leder 6d after injected morphine hydrochloride 0.3mg/kgx 12d and 0.6mg/kgx 12d iH separately.Detected how long ECG will last by changes of the ECG every two days.The results indicated that there was no obvious difference between those two groups and BCG group, but compareed with NS groups P<0.05 or P<0.01.It suggested that morphine hydrochloride could increase reject reaction in mice half a heart transplantation On auricle. |
