湿性愈合用于妇科腹部切口裂开的处理

目的：探讨湿性愈合疗法治疗腹部手术切口的疗效。方法：将32例妇科腹部手术后患者,按照随机数字表分为湿性愈合治疗组和传统治疗组,并对两组患者的创面愈合时间、换药次数、换药时间、治愈率进行比较。结果：与传统疗法相比,湿性愈合疗法切口愈合时间缩短,换药次数与时间明显减少,治愈率提高。结论：在有效处理伤口的基础上,湿性愈合疗法换药可缩短手术后裂开切口的愈合时间,效果优于普通换药。
