| 摘 要： | 本组对150例肠外营养病人采用记分法评定疗效,以化验监测为基础,结合临床症状、病情转归和并发症全面考核评分。若获得80～100分者为Ⅰ级疗效;60～79分为Ⅱ级疗效;<60分为Ⅲ级疗效。

| Abstract: | The status of parenteral nutrition in 150 cases was evaluated by score-counting method which was set up on the basis of laboratory results the phenomena and outecomes of diseases and the com-plications from parenteral nutrition (P.N).The scors was classified into three groups:80~100, 60~79, and <60 which represented the 1st. 2nd and third grade nutrition respectively. This method to evaluate the status of PN was considered in detail and accuracy, and was convenient to applicate in clinical practice. |
