摘    要:目的 二维超声结合彩色多普勒诊断胎儿先心病。方法 对265例孕妇应用二维超声心动图检测胎儿心脏四腔心、心室流出道等切面,必要时用彩色多普勒血流追踪观察。结果 室间隔缺损2例,法洛四联症、大血管转住、肺动脉瓣狭窄、主动脉瓣狭窄各1例。结论 产前检查应用二维超声诊断仪加用彩色多普勒将会有利于胎儿先天性心脏病的检出。

Abstract:Objective To diagnose fetal congenital heart disease by two-dimensional echocardiography combined with color Doppler. Methods 265 pregnant women were observed by two-dimensional echocardiography, including 4-chambers view, aortic outflow tract and pulmonary outflow tract, and color Doppler blood flow examination was used if it is necessary. Results 2 cases of ventricular septal defect, 1 case of tetrology of Fallot syndrome, 1 case of major artery transposition, 1 case of pulmonary valve stenosis and 1 case of aortic valve stenosis were found. Conclusion Two-dimensional echocardiograph combined with color Doppler examination can contribute to detecting fetal congenital heart disease in prenatal examination.
