275例麻风患者胫神经及其分支损害的回顾性研究

目的 :研究麻风胫神经及其五个分支损害在麻风病人中的发生率及其临床特征。方法 :对 2 75例治愈麻风病人胫神经形态和功能进行检查 ,重点了解胫神经及其分支感觉和运动功能情况。结果 :发现胫神经损害发生率为 5 4 18% (149/ 2 75 )或 43 6 4% (2 40 / 5 5 0 ) ;小腿肌支损害发生率 1 82 % (5 / 2 75 )或 1 0 9% (6 / 5 5 0 ) ;腓肠内侧皮神经损害发生率 2 2 18% (6 1/ 2 75 )或 17 0 9% (94/ 5 5 0 ) ;胫后神经损害发生率 38 91% (10 7/ 2 75 )或 30 5 5 %(16 8/ 5 5 0 ) ;足底内侧神经损害发生率 44 % (12 1/ 2 75 )或 35 2 7% (194/ 5 5 0 ) ;足底外侧神经损害发生率 45 82 %(12 6 / 2 75 )或 36 91% (2 0 3/ 5 5 0 ) ,胫神经及其分支受损与麻风型别、病期均有关系 ,临床以感觉障碍多见。结论 :胫神经损害以低位多见 ,应早期诊断 ,早期治疗胫神经损害以防止不可逆畸残出现。

Retrospective study of tibial nerve and its branches damaged in 275 leprosy cases

Objective:To study the incidence and clinical features of tibial nerves and its branches'damaged in leprosy.Methods:carefully Examinate 275 cured leprosy patients to find the situation of tibial nerves and its branches damage Results:The incidence of the tibial nerve damage was 54 18%(149/275)or 43 64%(240/550).The incidences of the branch to popliteal fossa and leg,n.cutaneous surae medialis,n.calcanealis,n.plantaris medialis,n.plantaris lateralis were 1 82%(5/275)or 1 09%(6/550),22 18%(61/275)or 17 09%(94/550),38 91%(107/275)or 30 55%(168/550),44%(121/275)or 35 27%(194/550),45 82%(126/275)or 36 91%(203/550)respectively.The damage of the tibial nerve and its branches was relevant to the leprosy type and the diseased period.Sense impairment was more often than motor impairment clinically.Conclusion:The tibial nerve damage mostly manifested the low part damage.Early-detection and early treatment was very important to control the tibial nerve damage.
