摘    要:目的 结合MRI探讨1H磁共振波谱 ( 1HMRS)在颅脑转移瘤中的应用价值。方法 选择 32例经临床确诊为颅脑转移瘤的患者 ,进行MRI及1HMRS检查。每例均行肿瘤区与健侧相应部位对照研究。结果  32例1HMRS均表现为明显增高的胆碱 (Cho)峰 ,肌酸 (Cr)峰下降甚至消失 ,无氮乙酰门冬氨酸 (NAA)峰 ,Cho /Cr比值升高。 11例出现乳酸 (Lac)峰 ,15例出现脂质 (Lipid)峰。结论 1HMRS可作为诊断本病的重要补充

Abstract:Purpose To evaluate 1 H magnetic resonance spectroscopy ( 1 H MRS)in the diagnosis of metastatic brain tumors with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI). Methods 32 cases diagnosed as brain metastases clinically had MRI and 1 H MRS examination . Each case had single voxel MR spectroscopy simultaneously both in the lesion's region and the contralateral side. Results 32 cases of 1 H MRS exhibited specific spectral peaks including prominent choline containing compounds (Cho), decreased or absent total creatine (Cr), absent acetylaspartate(NAA) the metabolic ratio showed significantly increased Cho/Cr; 11cases showed abnormal lactate (Lac). 15 cases exhibited abnormal Lipid. Conclusion 1 H MRS can improve diagnostic accuracy of brain metastasis.
