扶正祛邪方抑制肺癌细胞周期及其机制的实验研究

[目的]探讨扶正祛邪中药组方的抑癌、抗癌机制。[方法]复制小鼠Lewis肺癌模型。运用流式细胞仪及免疫组织化学等方法分析中药扶正祛邪组方对小鼠Lewis肺癌细胞周期的影响及其与细胞周期调控基因细胞周期蛋白D1（cyclinD1)间的相关性。[结果]该中药组方能有效降低小鼠Lewis肺癌细胞cyclinD1的表达。影响细胞周期C1/S调控点，有效地将细胞周期阻滞于G0、G1期。[结论]扶正祛邪中药可抑制肺癌细胞cyclinD1表达，从而影响癌细胞周期的进程，以致抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖，这可能是扶正祛邪中药在临床上抑癌、抗癌的机制之一。

Effect of Healthy - Qi Strengthening and Pathogenic - factor Eliminating Herbal Medicine on the Cycle of Lewis' s Lung Cancer Cell and Its Mechanism

Objective To investigate the anti-cancer mechanism of healthy-qi strengthening and pathogenic factor eliminating (HQSPE)herbal medicine.Methods Mouse models with Lewis's lung cancer were established. Flow cytometry and immunohistochemical method were applied to observe the effect of HQSPE herbal medicine on the cycle of Lewis's lung cancer cell and the correlation between the effect and cyclin D 1.Results HQSPE herbal medicine could inhibit the expression of cyclin D 1,regulate the regulating point of G 1/S,and keep the cell cycle staying in the stage of G 0 and G 1.Conclusion HQSPE herbal medicine exerts an effect on the cycle of Lewis's lung cancer cell and the correlation between the effect by inhibiting the expression of cyclin D 1 and the proliferation of cancer cell. And these may be the anti-cancer mechanism of HQSPE herbal medicine.
