摘    要:建立了血浆样品中盐酸氟桂的荧光分光光度测定法,血浆样品经碱化用正己烷提取,水浴挥干正己烷后,用0.1mol/LHCl定容,在激发波长260nm,发射波长310nm处测定荧光强度,最低检出浓度10ng/ml。线性范围2.0-30.0μg/ml(r=0.9907),平均回收率为100.08%,RSD为5.03%(n=9),日内,日间精密度分别为1.63%~3.28%和1.94%~5.95%。方法简便,
