| 摘 要： | 应用１０１澄清剂代替醇沉法制备灵芝黄芪精口服液，经正交试验，优选出最佳１０１澄清剂浓度和沉淀温度；与醇沉法相比，１０１澄清能有效除去杂质，保留多糖，氨基酸等有效成份，并能降低成本，简化工艺，制备质量更优的口服液。
