基于“体质土壤学说”的老年人多病共治健康服务策略

随着中国人口老龄化的到来与慢性病的高发,老年人对健康服务的需求愈发迫切。国家印发《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》及《关于建立完善老年健康服务体系的指导意见》,对老年人慢性病多病共治的健康服务提出要求。文章首先介绍当前中国老年人慢性病患病现状与老年人的体质特点,继而结合王琦院士"体质土壤学说",提出了针对老年人慢性病防治的健康服务实施策略——"调理体质,标本兼顾,多病共治",将对推动老年医疗服务从以疾病为中心的单病种模式向以患者为中心的多病共治模式转变有重要意义。

Health service strategy based on body constitution common soil theory for elderly patients with multiple diseases

With the advent of China''s aging population and the high incidence of chronic diseases,the demand for health services for the elderly is becoming more and more urgent. The State issued the Outline for the Healthy China 2030 Plan and the Guiding Opinions on Establishing and Improving the Elderly Health Service System,to provide requirements for the health services of the elderly with chronic diseases and multiple diseases. The article firstly analyzes and introduces the current status of chronic diseases in the elderly in China and the constitutional characteristics of the elderly,and then combines the "Body constitution common soil theory" of WANG Qi,the academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering,to propose a health service implementation strategy for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in the elderly,namely "regulating constitution,regulating constitution while curing diseases and co-treatment to multiple diseases". It will be of great significance to promote the transformation of geriatric medical services from disease-centered model to patient-centered model.
