摘    要:阿尔茨海默病是严重的神经退行性疾病,认知障碍是其核心症状。近年来的研究发现,脑源性神经营养因子介导的信号通路及其相关受体在神经传导中有选择性的激活与表达,进而改善认知功能。本研究基于脑源性神经营养因子研究针刺治疗认知障碍的作用机理,以期为针刺治疗认知障碍的机制提供新的思路。

Abstract:Alzheimer s disease is a serious neurodegenerative disease with cognitive impairment as its core symptom. Recent studies have found that brain derived neurotrophic factor-mediated signaling pathways and their associated receptors are selectively activated and expressed in nerve conduction, thereby improving cognitive function. Based on brain derived neurotrophic factors, this paper studies the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of cognitive impairment, so as to provide new ideas for the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of cognitive impairment.
