抗病毒中药的药性与功效及其关联性文献研究

目的探讨抗病毒中药药性、功效组合规律及药性与功效之间的关联性。方法筛选《中华本草》中药理作用为"抗病毒"的中药,同时以"中药"并含"抗病毒"作为主题词检索中国知网(CNKI)1999年1月1日至2017年12月31日的抗病毒中药相关研究文献。对筛选出药物的药性及功效进行标准化处理后,运用频数统计与关联规则(Apriori算法)分析抗病毒中药药性组合(性-味-归经)及功效规律,并挖掘药性组合与功效之间的关联规则。结果共筛选出201味中药,抗病毒中药药性组合共计177种,总频次为803次,出现频次≥15次的为寒苦肝(38)、寒苦肺(28)、寒苦胃(25)、温辛肝(20)、寒苦心(19)、寒苦大肠(18)、温辛脾(18)、温辛肺(17)、温辛胃(17)、寒甘肺(15)、寒辛肝(15)、平苦肝(15)、温苦肝(15)。涉及功效共计36种,总频次为545次,其中频次排在前10位的功效分别为清热(77)、活血化瘀(42)、化痰止咳平喘(38)、利水渗湿(38)、补虚(37)、止血(30)、解毒(28)、止痛(27)、祛湿(24)、驱虫(21)。抗病毒中药药性功效强关联规则为寒苦肝与清热、平苦肝与清热、温辛肺与解表等13条。结论抗病毒中药药性组合规律为寒温皆用,辛苦兼施;功效类别规律为多法共举,不拘清法;药性功效关联规律为药性为启,功效相承。

Literature Study on the Medicinal Property and Efficacy of Antiviral Herbs and Their Correlations

Objective To investigate medicinal properties and efficacy of antiviral herbs and the relationship between the medicinal properties and efficacy.Methods Chinese herbal medicines with pharmacological effects of antiviral in Chinese Materia Medica were screened.At the same time,"Chinese medicine"and"antiviral"were used as subject headings to search antiviral Chinese medicine related research literatures in CNKI(China National Knowledge Internet)from January 1,1999 to December 31,2017.After standardizing the drug properties and efficacy of selected drugs,frequency statistics and association rules(Apriori algorithm)were used to analyze the drug combinations(property,flavor,channel attribution)and efficacy rules of antiviral Chinese medicines,and the association rules between drug combinations and efficacy were explored.Results A total of 201 Chinese herbs were screened out.A total of 177 types of combinations of antiviral medicinal properties were used.The total frequency was 803 times.The property combination with frequency larger than 15 times were as follows,i.e.cold-bitter-liver with 38 times,cold-bitter-lung with 28 times,cold bitter stomach with 25 times,warm-pungent-liver with 20 times,coldbitter-heart with 19 times,cold-bitter-large intestine with 18 times,warm-pungent-spleen with 18 times,warmpungent-lung with 17 times,warm-pungent-stomach with 17 times,cold-sweet-lung with 15 times,cold-pungent-liver with 15 times,calm-bitter-liver with 15 times,warm-bitter-liver with 15 times.A total of 36 kinds of efficacy were involved,with a total frequency of 545,of which the top 10 in terms of frequency were relieving heat with 77 times,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis with 42 times,dissipating phlegm and relieving cough and asthma with 38 times,eliminating dampness and diuresis with 38 times,tonifying deficiency with 37 times,arresting bleeding with 30 times,removing toxicity with 28 times,arresting pain with 27 times,relieving dampness with 24 times,and expelling intestinal parasites with 21 times.The strong association rules for the medicinal properties and efficacy of antiviral Chinese herbs were 13 articles,including cold-bitter-liver and relieving heat,calm-bitter-liver and relieving heat,and warm-pungent-lung and relieving superficies.Conclusion The drug combination of antiviral herbs is simultaneous use of coldness with warmth,and pungency with bitterness.The law of efficacy category is multi-method,and it is not limited to clearing method.The law of drug efficacy association is that of medicinal property with the efficacy.
