| 摘 要： | 冠心病心绞痛属于中医学“胸痹”“心痛”范畴,中医认为该病病位在心,与肾、脾、肝、肺等关系密切,呈现本虚标实之特征。本虚责之于气、血、阴、阳,本虚又以气虚最为突出,标实则以血瘀为主。笔者结合临床经验,按中医之辨证治疗该病,取得显著临床效果。
