基于淋巴细胞亚群分析25例MG患者卫气功能特点＊

目的 探讨重症肌无力（myasthenia gravis,MG）患者卫气功能的特点,为临床用药提供科学依据。方法 通过流式细胞技术检测25例初诊为重症肌无力患者的淋巴细胞亚群,分析CD4⁺ T细胞、CD8⁺ T细胞、CD16⁺56 T细胞等指标的变化,观察MG患者卫气功能的特点。结果 MG患者表现为CD4⁺T细胞功能的活跃,CD8⁺ T细胞的功能抑制以及CD16⁺56 T细胞功能的抑制。结论 MG患者存在着以CD16⁺56 T细胞为代表的固有免疫系统的功能抑制和以CD4⁺ T为代表的获得性免疫系统的功能亢进。

Analysis of the Characteristics of Defense Qi in 25 Patients with MG based on Lymphocyte Subsets

Objective To investigate the characteristics of defense qi in patients with MG, and to provide scientific evidence for clinical drug use.Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the lymphocyte subsets of 25 patients with newly diagnosed myasthenia gravis. The changes of CD4⁺ T cells, CD8⁺ T cells and CD16⁺56 T cells were analyzed. The characteristics of defense qi in MG patients were observed.RESULTS MG patients showed active CD4⁺ T cell function, functional inhibition of CD8⁺ T cells, and inhibition of CD16⁺56 T cell function.Conclusion MG patients have functional inhibition of the innate immune system represented by CD16⁺56 T cells and hyperfunction of the acquired immune system represented by CD4⁺ T.
