日间手术模式在消化内科的实践与探索

日间手术模式以其高效、可靠的特点已成为欧美等发达国家的主流手术模式,能够有效缩短患者等待治疗时间,减少平均住院天数,减轻经济负担,是治疗模式的一次革新。南昌大学第一附属医院消化内科于2019年3月开始将日间手术模式应用于内镜下大肠息肉切除术,效果满意。本文从日间手术概况、日间手术在内镜下大肠息肉切除术中的实践及未来工作展望3个方面,对日间手术模式在消化内科中的应用进行探讨。

The practice and exploration of ambulatory surgery model in the department of gastroenterology

With its high efficiency and reliability, the ambulatory surgery model has become the mainstream surgical mode in developed countries such as Europe and America, which can effectively shorten the waiting time for treatment, reduce the average length of hospital stay, and reduce the economic burden. It is an innovation of the treatment mode. A good medical concept can have the effect of promoting medical work, should be encouraged to carry out, so it can be better convenient to let the people go to a doctor, get safe and effective treatment, prompt medical service level, improve the people"s hospital, improve social satisfaction, build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. This article discussed the application of the ambulatory surgery model in the department of gastroenterology from three aspects: the general situation of the new perioperative management pattern, the practice of endoscopic polypectomy of large intestine and the prospect of future work.
