冠心病的扶阳活血治法理论探讨

冠心病属中医学“胸痹”“心痛”范畴,其基本病机是本虚标实。临床流行病学调查研究显示,阳虚血瘀为冠心病中医常见证型,因此,扶阳活血法成为冠心病的主要治法之一。通过对经典著述及现代文献的研究,论述扶阳活血理论的形成及发展过程,认为扶阳之法具体可分为温阳、通阳、潜阳。通过总结扶阳活血治法的古今应用及现代研究为冠心病扶阳活血治法的临床应用提供依据。

Discussion on the Theory of Strengthening Yang and Activating Blood Therapy for Coronary Heart Disease

The concept of coronary heart disease ( CHD) is similar to“chest impediment”,“chest pain”in traditional Chinese medicine and its basic pathogenesis is deficiency in origin and excess in superficislity. Clinical epidemiology showed that“yang deficiency and blood stasis”is a common syndrome type in CHD,therefore“strengthening yang and activating blood”becomes one of the main treatment methods of coronary heart disease. Through the study of classical writings and modern literature,the formation and development process of strengthening yang and activating blood therapy was discussed. It is believed that the method of strengthening yang can be divided into warming yang, activating yang and subduing yang. By summarizing the ancient and modern application of strengthening yang and activating blood treatment,and related modern research,this paper provide a support for the clinical application of strengthening yang and activating blood in the treatment of coronary heart disease.
